I loved the neighbourhood and the serenity of the hotel. The staff were very great. A big thank you to Carlos and Fortis. Breakfast had a lot of variety!

Initially, we selected this hotel because of the perk of being able to leave our car for the week while we cruised, without incurring an additional fee, but found many additional things we enjoyed at the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful with a nice variety of fruit and several hot items. I especially liked that I could toast my bagel to the level I preferred. The room size was great and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, the staff were very pleasant but Daniel (front desk) was exceptional. He efficiently handled a minor issue involving leaving our car there while we cruised, and helped with getting a Lyft to the port that first morning, when I inadvertently entered the incorrect address. He always had a smile on his face, and spoke to everyone else checking in with courtesy. He is a real asset to the hotel!

Breakfast was amazing. Laundry was free. The room was bigger than I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was posh. Will like to come here next year. The wifi was fast.
